Purpose
This policy outlines York Aero’s refund and cancellation terms for aerial imaging, mapping, and data collection services. It is intended to provide clarity for clients while maintaining fairness and operational efficiency.
Deposit Policy
A 30% deposit is required to confirm all flight operations.
Once a flight is scheduled and confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable. The deposit secures the project date and covers preliminary planning, scheduling, and operational commitments.
Client Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or request to reschedule a confirmed project at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled flight time without additional penalty.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled operation will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours will require a new deposit to secure a future flight date.

Refund Eligibility & Processing
All cancellation or reschedule requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. Requests are time-stamped upon receipt and acknowledged in writing.
Refunds apply only to service-related project fees. Deposits remain non-refundable unless York Aero initiates the cancellation and the client declines rescheduling.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

York Aero reserves the right to update this policy as business operations evolve. Any changes will be posted on the official website and will apply only to future bookings.
